Most parents respond positively when they understand it means fewer check-in calls and more independence, not less. We also walk through everything with your parent on installation day.

It happens. In our experience, resistance usually comes from not fully understanding what the sensors do and do not capture. We offer to have a brief call with your parent directly to answer their questions. There are no cameras, no audio, and no live feeds. Many parents who initially refused come around once they understand that.

If the sensors don't register expected movement by a set time, typically 1-2 hours past your parent's normal morning activity window, we receive an alert and contact you directly. You decide what the response protocol looks like. Some families want us to call the parent first. Others prefer to be the first call. We build the protocol around your family's needs.
